Most people suffer from different type of headache. For example, the prevalence of tension-type headaches and CSF blocked  headaches is similar in people in  who suffer from migraines and those who do not suffer from migraines.

We'd like to encourage you to take 2 minutes to Watch this special Video that can have a great impact on the future of your health . Your  friend Dr. Masoud Shamaeizadeh, Chiropractor has released this video and through his skillful ability to explain how chiropractic allows the body to function optimally and to heal headache with movement of Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)and  re-energize your body.
Sinus headache
Sinus headaches cause a dull, deep, throbbing pain in the front of your face and head . They are caused by pressure an inflammation in your sinuses  (cavities around ,your eyes,  nose and cheeks). Bending  or leaning down possibly  makes the pain worse. Sinus headaches often begin early in your day, and may be better in the  afternoon. Sinus headaches is difficult to diagnose , because symptoms are similar to tension headaches and migraines.

The best way to avoid or get rid of a sinus headache is to treat the underlying sinus inflammation. Your doctor may prescribe  Lifestyle changes, Lifestyle changes, such as using a humidifier or irrigating your nasal passages with salt water, may also help. Several dietary supplements and herbs may help prevent colds and flu or shorten their duration.

Migraine
Several clinical trials indicate that spinal manipulation therapy may help in the treatment of migraine headaches. In one study of people with migraines, 22% of those who received chiropractic manipulation reported more than a 90% reduction of attacks and 49% reported a significant reduction of the intensity of each migraine.

In another study, people with migraine headaches were randomly assigned to receive spinal manipulation, a daily medication (Elavil), or a combination of both. Spinal manipulation was as effective as Elavil in reducing migraines and had fewer side effects. There was no added benefit to combining the two therapies.

In addition, researchers reviewed 9 studies that tested spinal manipulative therapy for tension or migraine headaches and found that it was as effective as medications in preventing these headaches.

Migraine is not just a bad headache.  In fact, some people get migraine without any headache at all!  The cause of migraine is still a mystery.  The research to date seems to indicate that migraine is a neurological disease based on an inherited genetic abnormality.

Hormonal changes in women. Fluctuations in estrogen seem to trigger headaches in many women with known migraines. Women with a history of migraines often report headaches immediately before or during their periods, when they have a major drop in estrogen. Others have an increased tendency to develop migraines during pregnancy or menopause. Hormonal medications — such as oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy — also may worsen migraines, though some women find it's beneficial to take them. Foods. Some migraines appear to be triggered by certain foods. Common offenders include alcohol, especially beer and red wine; aged cheeses; chocolate; aspartame; overuse of caffeine; monosodium glutamate — a key ingredient in some Asian foods; salty foods; and processed foods. Skipping meals or fasting also can trigger migraines. Detoxing can help! Stress. Stress at work or home can instigate migraines.
